Steven 'Tyler' Swain has practiced law in Houston since joining the firm now known as the Swain Law Firm, P.C. in 1998. His work is grounded in the Texas probate courts and the particular rhythms of estate practice in Harris County and the surrounding Gulf Coast region.
A graduate of the South Texas College of Law and an honors graduate of Baylor University, Tyler advises Houston-area families on probate administration and estate planning, and partners with plaintiffs' firms as co-counsel in complex civil litigation across the State of Texas.
